Resize Tool

This tool provides an easy and convenient way to resize layers. To maintain aspect ration, hold down the Shift button while using this tool. Please note that this tool performs a metadata-aware resize; sized attachments such as hotspots and text will be modified to match the new size of the layer.

Use the restrict mode to apply restrictions such as X-only, Y-only and lock-aspect-ratio.
