Plugin loading loop bug

I got myself into a never ending loop it seems. I tried to load an 8BF plugin, the "Configure Photoshop 8BF for IES" dialog pops up asking where the plugin files are located. Since I haven't yet d/l any .8bf files it doesn't matter what directory I choose no plugins are found.
Wheter I choose the "OK" button or the "Cancel" button the directory is searched and an error dialog appears named "Configuration Warning" with the message "Photoshop 8BF for IES couldn't find any plug-ins. Please confirm that the plug-in folder is correct". This dialog has a single button, "OK". When it is clicked you are dropped back at the "Configure Photoshop 8BF for IES" dialog.
This is a never ending loop. No combination of buttons or choices gets you out of it. The only solution I can see is either go d/l a plug-in or kill the application.
