Why the hell are the workspace panels translucent ?

Why the hell are the workspace panels translucent ? this is ridiculous I cannot even see the percentage of colors on my image.

Hi Youssef,
You can change that using this option: Menu >> View >> UI Transparency >> Off. The default setting is "Medium".

They also become opaque when the mouse pointer passes over them.
