Can't save animations.

I like this software, but have had to uninstall once, then reinstall because I couldn't save animations. Now I am back to square one. Initially animations saved, but now, any 'save' I choose only offers the first layer to save. This even after I 'render animation'. It must be something simple I am doing wrong. I haven't changed anything in the program (ie; preferences, etc.).
If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. I am very new at this kind of program. I don't have photoshop or anything!! :D
Thank you.

Hi,
In which file format are you saving your animations?

I have tried saving in .avi, .gif, etc... it seems to be a glitch somewhere, as now I can save, but the gifs, no matter what the frame-rate is, will show the layers as it plays.
I really like a lot of features of this program, as it seems even better than gimp, I just can't seem to fine tune it.
Also, I have went to the tutorials page and followed closely the directions.

BTW, thank you for responding so quickly, I was not expecting that.

Oh, wanted to mention, when I view the gifs in the viewer, they are perfect, it is only when I try to  view them in video software that they won't work.
I have one that I made the first time I installed the Chasys draw, that does work in windows media, quicktime, etc,.. but none of the others that have been made since.

If possible, please email me one of the affected animations for troubleshooting. The email address is support@jpchacha.com

Hi, thanks again for your responses.
I have sent the .gif to the email you provided, and on checking have found that I do have the latest version (4.) of Chasys.
Your help is really appreciated.
Have a good day.
