Just did some cool Visual Effect with C...this is an absolute stunt, then tried something rather funny, loaded the video, frame by frame in Chasys Draw IES & add the blur effect one frame at a time. The resulting effect can only be called a stunt...i don't know if anyone has pulled a stunt with a software or codes
